KATARZYNA KRĘŹLEWICZ - attorney-at-law, patent attorney and professional representative before European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. Studied law also at the University of Cassino/Italy. In 2008, she completed her traineeship as a patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a post-graduate course on industrial property law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute, the University of Warsaw. Doctor of law. Attorney-at-law since 2017. Graduated with top grades from the International Legal Skills Program run jointly by the Ryszard Łazarski Higher School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw and the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, and a course on ?European law in practice?. Her specialisation is intellectual property law, and specifically law concerning trade marks, industrial designs, and fighting unfair competition, and procedural aspects of intellectual property protection. She represents the clients in litigation, drafts and negotiates agreement or draws up legal opinions for them.

MICHAŁ JĘDRZEJEWSKI - patent attorney and European patent attorney since 2005 and professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Founder and Managing Partner at KJP Kurcman Jędrzejewski i Partnerzy. Graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin. Completed his traineeship as a patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a post-graduate course on industrial property law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute, the Jagiellonian University. Former Deputy Ethics Commissioner of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Ethics Commissioner of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Member and Secretary of the Legislation Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. His job history started in 2000 at one of Warsaw?s top patent law firms. For the next 10 years, he has been a founding partner of another patent law firm.

His specialisations include inventions, utility models, trade marks, and industrial designs. He develops and implements strategies for industrial and intellectual property protection. He also handles litigation concerning protection of industrial property rights and fighting unfair competition. He represents the Clients in disputes before the Polish Patent Office, the European Patent Office, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys since Sept 2017. Chairman of the Legislation Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Lecturer for patent attorneys and trainees associated in the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and for attorneys-at-law and trainees associated in the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw. His specialisations include civil law, commercial law, construction law, business law, industrial and intellectual property law, unfair competition law, family law, housing communities law. He has successfully handled many complex and difficult court cases both in the field of intellectual and industrial property, and in other fields of law. He represents the Clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
