Founder and Managing Partner at KJP Kurcman Jędrzejewski i Partnerzy. Graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin. Completed his traineeship as a patent attorney at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and a post-graduate course on industrial property law at the Intellectual Property Law Institute, the Jagiellonian University. Former Deputy Ethics Commissioner of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Ethics Commissioner of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Member and Secretary of the Legislation Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. His job history started in 2000 at one of Warsaw?s top patent law firms. For the next 10 years, he has been a founding partner of another patent law firm.

He also handles litigation concerning protection of industrial property rights and fighting unfair competition.
