8-9 October 2018 are the dates of the following international scientific conference: "Rethinking patent law as an incentive to innovation". It is hosted by the Polish Patent Office, Institute of Law Studies / Polish Academy of Sciences, Association for Intellectual Property Law and Competition, and Faculty of Law / University of Warsaw. The conference's theme is analysis of the patent law?s primary function, namely stimulating innovation.
