Yesterday brought many interesting discussions between panelists and participants of the "Rethinking patent law as an incentive to innovation" scientific conference. The discussion addressed mainly the nature of patent registration and the limits of patent law, commercial contracts and their effect on innovation, legal instruments stimulating innovation in pharmaceutical industry, and artificial intelligence in the context of patent law.
